Name: David Hare
Year of Birth & Death: (1917 - ?)
Biography: Hare was a writer, photographer, and artist. As an artist, he first exhibited at the Art of this Century Gallery in New York in 1944. He produced bronzes, as well as paintings and collages. His photography included what he called “enhanced photographs.” In the field of writing, he was also the editor-in-chief of “VVV.” Some of his works include “Thirsty Man” (1946), “Golem of Egypt,” and “Cronus Descending” (1968).
