Name: Max Walter Svanberg
Year of Birth & Death: (1912 - ?)
Biography: In 1948, he founded the Swedish "imaginist " group, but left them soon after. In 1950, he published and album of lithographs. He began to associate with the surrealist group in Paris and exhibited at the Galerie de l’Etoile Scellee in 1955. In 1958, he illustrated an edition of Rimbaud’s Les Illuminations.
